National Insurance Company Limited, owned by the Federal Government of Pakistan and working under the administrative control of Ministry of Commerce, invites sealed applications from firms for prequalification of advertising agencies via open framework agreements for a period of 3 years as per schedule below, Application Submission Deadline Application Opening 10th July 2026 10:30 am 10th July 2026 11:00 am Expression of Interest documents containing scope of work, eligibility and evaluation criteria and other related terms and conditions are available for download from PPRA website and NICL website. The applications must be submitted in hard copy in sealed envelopes with name of firm and title of procurement to Manager Procurement office as per details mentioned below The opening of applications shall be done in the presence of Bid Opening Committee and representatives of firms (as present) as per schedule above in conference room on 3rd Floor, Left Wing, NICL Building, Karachi and online as per meeting details mentioned in the EOI documents.
