Description
NADRA Regional Head Office Peshawar intends to purchase land in following Tehsils / Districts Headquarters with boundaries: Abbottabad (20-50 Marla) (I) Abbottabad Motorway Interchange to Abbottabad Public School (II) Baloch Center to Dhamtore Bypass (Murree Road) Bannu (20-40 Marla) (I) Bannu City (II) Kohat Road (Bannu City till Dowa Pul) (III) Miran Shah Road (Bannu City till Kachkot Pull) (IV) D I Khan Road (Bannu City till District Headquarter Hospital) Pabbi (10-20 Marla) (I) Main G.T Road Pabbi (Pashtoon Garhi Chowk to Pabbi Station) (II) Main G.T Road Pabbi (Pashtoon Garhi Chowk to ADC Office Pabbi Chowk Stop) Gumbat (10-20 Marla) (I) Gumbat Bypass to Gumbat Bazar Razzar 10-20 Marla (I) Kalo Khan to Mansabdar Parova 10-20 Marla (I) Dera Multan Road (II) Babarpaka to Grid Station Terms and conditions are as follows; OFFICE ACCOMMODATION WILL HAVE FOLLOWING FEATURES: • Land shall be in commercial area • Security wise viable location and easily accessible by public transport. • Land may be located on Main Road / Service Road • Availability of utilities i.e water, electricity, telephone, sewerage and PTCL fiber facility • Price may be quoted at the rate of per marla • The land shall be cleared from all mortgage, dues, encroachments & litigation. • Bidding documents along with land ownership documents are mandatory Note: • The bidding shall be conducted through E-Procurement (Open Competitive Bidding Single Stage Two Envelope) as specified in the Public Procurement Rules-2004. • Interested and registered eligible bidders may obtain detailed bidding documents from E-PADS at PPRA Website (https://eprocure.gov.pk/#/auth/login). • E-bids must be submitted through E-Procurement (EPADS) on or before 23 rd Jul, 2026 till 11:00 am as define in advertisement. Manual bids shall not be accepted. • E-bids will be opened on 23 rd Jul, 2026 at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their representatives. • Bids not complying with requirements shall be rejected being non responsive. Alternate proposals and / or conditional bids shall be considered non-responsive. • Bids which are incomplete, not E-Bids through EPADS, not signed and / or not stamped, late or submitted by other than specified mode will be rejected. • E-Bid / proposals must include the following documents in addition to any other information that the bidder may find necessary: Technical Bid (Separate Envelope): • Photocopy of property ownership documents along-with its boundaries [Fresh Fard-e-Jaidad/Mutation/Allotment letter/Relevant Certificate by concerned authority (where settled revenue record is not available)]. • Photocopy of valid CNIC. • Undertaking on Non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100/- certifying that owner / Land is not temporary / permanently debarred from any Government agency / authority / department (without bearing any responsibility on NADRA whatsoever in this regard). • Pictures of the Land offered for purchase. • In case of absence of owner, authority letter for representative duly signed by property owner, permitting him to attend tender process.
