The electronic bids must be submitted by using EPADS on or before 24th July, 2026 at 1100hrs (PST). Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be open on the same day i.e. 24th July, 2026 at 1130hrs (PST). The hard copy of the bid security (in Original) must be submitted on or before 1100hrs (PST) 24th July, 2026, otherwise electronic bid will not be accepted. No late submission of bid security will be accepted in any case. Hence, bidders are requested to observe timings strictly. 4. NADRA reserves the right to reject all the bids as per Rule 33 of Public Procurement Rules 2004.
