Description
Bidders shall inspect the items and accept them in obsolete condition on an “As Is, Where Is” basis, without any warranty, and shall not raise any claim or objection after bid submission regarding their condition, quality, functionality, completeness, or usability. The original Bid Security shall be submitted to the Procurement Department, ZTBL Head Office, before the bid submission deadline.
