Pakistan International Airlines Corporation, the national flag carrier invites quotation through E-PADS along with sealed bids for collection of Airline’s Refuse/Throw away Material from PIA Flight Kitchen, Engineering/and other PIA location at Bacha Khan International Airport Peshawar. The tender opening will take place on July 02, 2026

Remarks
The sealed bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions provided in the bidding documents, must be submitted in the “Tender Box” located at the Assistant Manager Office, Supply Chain Management Department, PIA Booking Office, 33-The Mall, Peshawar Cantt-25000, Pakistan. Tenders are invited through E-PADS, and the interested parties must be registered with the Income Tax Department. The contract duration is for one year, extendable for an additional two years, with a 16% enhancement on the bid value for the daily collection of airline refuse/throw-away material. The vendor will be responsible for arranging labor for the collection of refuse on a daily basis, regardless of weekdays or holidays, with round-the-clock service, particularly from the PIA Flight Kitchen (FSD, Peshawar). Additionally, the vendor will be required to wash the areas and clean the floors after each collection on a daily basis.
