Description

Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO), invites sealed e-bids through E-PADS on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure from the pre-qualified / registered manufacturers / suppliers with HESCO/DISCOs/NTDC/GENCOs, registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax department, and who are active taxpayer list of Federal Board of Revenue for the supply of APMS, confirming to PPMC standard specifications (amended to-date), financed under HESCO’s local funds on the basis of Free Delivery to Consignee’s Stores (FCS) i.e Regional Store HESCO Hyderabad/Jamshoro and Nawabshah.

Remarks

The electronic bids must be submitted by using EPADS on scheduled date & time. Manual bids shall not be accepted. All e-bids must be accompanied by Bid Security amount mentioned in bidding document in the favour of Chief Executive Officer HESCO, in the shape of “Bank Guarantee” / CDR / Banker’s Cheque from any scheduled Bank of Pakistan, valid for 28-days beyond bid validity date. The bidders shall upload scanned copy of Bid Security on EPADS. Original Bid Security must be submitted to the Manager (Material Management) HESCO, Room No. 237-WAPDA Offices Complex, Hussainabad, Hyderabad on or before above-mentioned closing dates & timings of e-bids submission, failing which the e-bid shall be rejected. The electronic bids will be opened on EPADS on the same day at aforementioned dates & timings.
