Upgradation, Maintenance & Repair Civil Works of Federal Community Health & Preventive Services Centres at Karachi under Approved PC-I.
Note
Border Health Services – Pakistan, Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations & Coordination, Government of Pakistan invites electronic bids through E-PADS from PEC-registered constructors/firms for the upgradation, maintenance, repair and allied civil works of Federal Community Health & Preventive Services Centres at various locations in Karachi under the approved PC-I. The procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules, 2004.
Remarks
1. Bidding documents are available through E-PADS upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000/-. 2. Bids shall be submitted electronically through E-PADS. Original Tender Fee and Bid Security instruments shall be submitted to the office of the Project Director, Border Health Services – Pakistan, before the bid opening time. 3. Firms must possess valid PEC Registration in Category C-3 or above with specialization CE-10 (Building & Allied Works). 4. Interested bidders may apply for one or multiple lots. Award of multiple lots shall be subject to demonstration of adequate technical, financial and managerial capacity. 5. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with Rule 33 of PPRA Rules, 2004. 6. Bid Opening Date: 22 June 2026 at 10:30 AM. 7. Procurement Method: Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure under Rule 36(a) of PPRA Rules, 2004.
