Construction/Re-Routing of 12" Dia. x approx. 17 km Pipeline from MVA Dhadar to MVA Gokart for Quetta Pipeline Project (As Per Criteria/TOR/BOQ) (Having Valid PEC Certificate Category C-2 or above having specialization of CE-08 & CE-10 Category) (Having valid HSE & QMS ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001/45001 & ISO 14001 Certifications or equivalent) (Under Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure) (On Complete Package Basis).The Pre-Bid Meeting of subject tender has been scheduled on “10-06-2026 at 1100 Hrs at 2nd Floor Procurement Department Conference Room SSGC Head Office Karachi”. The bidder is required to submit/upload the valid PEC Certificate mentioned in the Tender Document/Advertisement (where required) along with the bid on EPADS; otherwise, the bid will be liable for rejection. This tender is available on the EPADS link. Bidder(s) should participate in this tender through EPADS.
