TENDER NOTICE No. PMA/AO-Tender/May/2026/: Sealed bids are invited from well reputed and authorized firms/ Contractors / Suppliers / Distributors registered with Sales Tax, Income Tax and having their own offices/stock/manpower/expertise in the procurement of works and services as required for the Financial Year 2025-26: S.No Name of Tender Category 01 Stationary Items & Secuirty Guards Uniforms Goods 02 Repair and maintenance of office and Residential Building (minor) (Visiting Site is Mandatory) and Cleaning of Solar Panels Contract. Services 2% bid security (refundable) of total quoted price in favor of Pakistan Marine Academy must be attached with each bid separately. Any bid not accompanied by earnest money will be rejected without any right of appeal. Pakistan Marine Academy invites the submission of proposal/bidding documents online through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) 2.0 portal of PPRA in a single stage, single envelope procedure. Applicants other than those submitted through EPADS will not be considered or entertained. All government Rates & Taxes shall be applicable at the time of supply / work order in the quoted rates. The electronic bids must be submitted by using EPADS on or before Thursday, June, 11 2026 till 1030 hours (closing time). Electronic Bids will be opened by the Purchase Committee using EPADS on the same day i.e. Thursday, June, 11 2026 at 1100 hours at Conference Room, PMA.
