Description
A Public Sector Hospital invites sealed tenders from eligible / reputed firms registered with Income Tax / Sale Tax Department for Disposal / Auction of Prefabricated Building Structure (Only Walls, Roof, Windows & Doors) on “as is where is basis”. Terms & Conditions: 1. A set of tender documents along with terms and conditions can be obtained/collected from the office of undersigned OR downloaded from PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk). An amount of Rs.2,000/- (Non-Refundable) payable in shape of Pay Order / Demand Draft in favor of Head (LAO) PAEC General Hospital, H-11/4, Islamabad. 2. The bids must be reached to the undersigned on or before mentioning date / time, which will be opened in the presence of tenderers and their authorized representatives. 3. The prefabricated Building Structure can be physically inspected during office hours (Monday to Thursday from 8:30 hours to 14:00 hours and Friday from 8:30 hours to 1200 hours) at below mentioned premises till auction day. 4. Copy of CNIC, Tax Profiles/Registration letters (Sales Tax/Income Tax etc.), ATL Status and contact details may be submitted along with proposal. 5. The bidder must deposit 2% earnest money of the total offered amount along with proposal in the shape of Demand Draft/Pay Order in favour of Head (LAO), PAEC General Hospital, H-11/4, Islamabad. 6. Bids without or less earnest money will not be accepted. 7. The successful bidder(s) shall have to deposit the offered amount within 05 days after approval of Competent Authority, failing which the earnest money shall be forfeited. 8. The successful bidder(s) shall have to pay all Government Taxes as applicable in addition to bid amount. 9. Successful bidder will be declared as on a whole lot package deal basis. 10. The successful bidder(s) will have to lift all auctioned items after making full payment within 05 days after approval of Competent Authority. No extension in time shall be allowed. 11. The Competent Authority reserves the right to reject any one or all tenders.
