Tender documents can be obtained from Headquarters Frontier Works Organization (Supply and Transport Branch) by the firms/contractors/ Milk producer companies through written application from 21 May 2026 to 10 June 2026 on any working day. 3. Tender Fee Rs. 2,000.00 (Rupees two thousand only) (Non Refundable) for above mentioned tender document. 4. Bid Security Rs. 200,000.00 (Rupees two hundred thousand only) will be submitted by firms / contractors along with tender documents only in the shape of CDR (Cash deposited Receipt). 5. Interested Firms are bound to register with Headquarter Frontier Works Organization before contract. 6. Validity of offers should be from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. The offer over written or received late will not be entertained. 7. The tenders will be opened in the presence of representatives of participants (firms / contractors). 8. In case of closed / forced holidays, tender opening time / date will be considered as the next working day. 9. The procuring agency “may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal. The procuring agency shall upon request communicate to any firm / contractor who submitted a bid or proposal, the grounds for its rejection of all bids or proposals, but is not required to justify those grounds. 1.
