Description
Lot of 7 No’s Shops are available for Renting out to Banks in the Commercial Centre constructed by Authority and are offered on monthly rent under Tenancy Agreement through competitive bidding. The Tenancy Agreement is to be registered with Rent Controller (District Malir) and all charges /stamp fee are to be borne by the successful bidder.
Note
Reserved Monthly Rent is Rs. 1,500/- per sq. m for the total area of shops i.e: 200 sq. m. Amounting to Rs. 3,600,000/- for one year.
