TENDER NOTICE Geological Survey of Pakistan (GSP) invites E-bids for procurement of different types of Vehicles’ Tyres in accordance with PPRA rules -2004 and amendments time to time onwards from well recognized firms/contractors must be registered with relevant Federal/ Provincial tax departments and having its own offices and telephone/ Fax No. etc. Title of Work Last date & time for submission of bids Date & Time for Opening of Bids Purchase of Tyres for Vehicles of Geological Survey of Pakistan, Islamabad 21-05-2026 Till 1100 Hours 21-05-2026 At 1130 Hours  Tender Notice along with Tender Document can be seen/ downloaded from PPRA website i.e. www.ppra.gov.pk also tender notice along with tender document has been uploaded on EPADS system and GSP website i.e. www.gsp.gov.pk as well.  Bids will be received only from those firms who are registered with PPRA for e-procurement on E-PADS system for tendering in GSP through their e-mail addresses which were provided by them to PPRA at the time of their registration.  Bids will be submitted on Single Stage Single Envelop basis.  Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept/ reject all bids in accordance with PPRA Rules.  The firms must be GST, NTN Registered and Active in Tax Payer List (ATL).  Interested firms must have complete setup at Rawalpindi/ Islamabad, may upload their E-Bids/ quotations on EPADS inclusive of all applicable taxes.  Bidding document containing detailed terms and conditions, list of sizes of tyres, specifications / brand, required services and bid format is available for registered bidders on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk  Earnest money Rs. 25,000 (refundable) has to be attached in the shape of bank draft.  Bids will be opened as per above schedule in office of the undersigned, in presence of representatives of the firms/ workshops (who wish to be present).  Tenders/ quotations should be valid up to end of current financial year i.e. 30th July 2026.
