1. Headquarters Frontier Works Organization invites sealed offers / tenders from authorized firms for sale of used engine oil in Punjab, Sind, Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Azad Kashmir (AK), FATA, Northern Areas and Gilgit Baltistan as per following details :-

2. Only those companies will be eligible to participate in tendering, which have been registered with Headquarters Frontier Works Organization.
3. Tender forms will be issued during office timings on the above mentioned dates.
4. Tenders will be opened in the presence of representative of the firm.
5. Assistant Director Supply & Transport Headquarter FWO has the authority to cancel any of the tender, however, he will intimate the reasons of cancellation.
6. In case of closed / forced holidays, tender opening time / date will be considered as the next working date.
7. Bid Security @ Rs 200,000.00 (Rupees two lac only)
