Last date for submission of bids is Thursday, 21 May, 2026 by/before 1030 hours. Bids will be publically opened on same day at 1100 hours by the Tender Opening & Evaluation board in presence of all participating bidders or their authorized representatives in “Conference Room, NUMS ATR Building, Adyala road, (Adjacent to Army Public School & College for girls-Humayun Road), Near Katcheri Chowk, Rawalpindi”. Sealed bids, prepared in accordance with instructions in the bidding documents, must reach on or before the aforementioned date & time. Documents sent through email or fax shall not be accepted.
Bid Security @ 2% (refundable) of the total bid/proposal value in the shape of Demand Draft / Pay Order/ CDR only must also be attached with bidding documents (cross cheque is not acceptable)
