QUOTATION / TENDER NOTICE The Cantonment Board Clifton invites sealed bids on the basis of “single stage two envelope procedure” under Rule 36(b) of PPRA Rule 2004 from the suppliers / contractors / wholesalers / original equipment manufacturers / authorized dealers, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and who are on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue for the Procurement / Hiring of Misc. Items & Machineries for Eid-Ul-Azha-2026 for Sanitation Branch, Clifton Cantt. S.No Description Estimated Cost 1 Procurement / Hiring of Misc. Items & Machineries for Eid-Ul-Azha-2026 for Sanitation Branch, Clifton Cantt Rs. 19.835 (M) under Head F-4(b) of Budget Estimates 2025-2026 2. Bidding documents, containing Form of Bid, detail of hiring of machinery for removal of offals during Eid-ul-Azha-2026 operation, terms & conditions, specifications etc are available at Office of the Cantonment Board Clifton, CC-38, Street 10, Kh-e-Rahat, Phase-VI, DHA, Karachi-75500 from where complete set of bidding documents can be collected on any working day during office hours. Price of the bidding documents is Rs. 500/- while Bid Security will be 5% of the bid price (refundable in case of rejection of tender) in the form of pay order/demand draft in favor of Executive Officer Cantonment Board Clifton. 3. The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents, must reach in the office of the Cantonment Board Clifton, CC-38, Street 10, Kh-e-Rahat, Phase-VI, DHA, Karachi-75500 on or before _____ May, 2026 at 12:00 noon. Initially, only the envelope marked “TECHNICAL PROPOSAL” shall be opened on the same date i.e. ______ May, 2026 at 12:30 Noon. After the evaluation and approval of the technical proposal the Cantonment Board Clifton shall open “FINANCIAL PROPOSALS” of the technically accepted bids only on _______May, 2026 at 12:00 Noon.
