CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY Emergency & Disaster Management Directorate, CDA INVITATION FOR BIDS Capital Development Authority invites electronic bids on single stage single envelope basis from well-reputed firms for the PROCUREMENT OF “UNIFORM / LEVIERS” for the Operational & Administrative staff of Capital Emergency Service (CES), CDA, Islamabad. Bidders must be original Manufacturers / Authorized distributors / suppliers, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, and must prove their eligibility and qualification as mentioned in the Bidding Documents. Furthermore, the bidder must have a minimum of five (05) years’ experience in the relevant field and must be operating its own business in the same trade. Director E&DM, CDA located at Fire Headquarters Building, Sector G/7-1, Islamabad in writing or by electronic mail within 07 days from floating of the NIT. Only firms/contractors registered with PPRA on E-PADS as vendors are eligible to participate in bidding. ii) Tender should be accompanied with Bid Security (refundable) in the form of Pay Order in favor of DDO-E&DM, CDA. The prospective bidders shall upload scanned copy of Bid Security on E-PADS and original will be submitted to the office of Director (FS), CES, CDA located at Fire Headquarters Sector G/7-1, Islamabad. iii) The prospective bidders are required to submit their bids online through E-PADS at http://eprocure.gov.pk before closing date and time i.e. 05-05-2026 (Tuesday) at 11:00 AM. iv) The bids will be opened publicly on 05-05-2026 (Tuesday) at 11:30 AM in the presence of the procurement committee & bidders’ authorized representatives who choose to attend the opening session to be held at above mentioned address in the office of Director (FS), Capital Emergency Service (CES), CDA located at Fire Headquarters, Sector G/7-1, Islamabad. v) The firm providing unsubstantiated and/or incorrect information is liable to legal action and disqualification from the bidding. vi) Samples can be seen in the store of CES, CDA during office hours before closing date. vii) The Authority reserves the right to reject all bids as per PPRA Rules 2004. viii) Authority has reserved the right to increase or decrease the quantity or eliminate any item. ix) Notification of GRC constituted in terms of Rule-48 of Public Procurement Rules 2004 is provided on EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk) and (www.ppra.org.pk).
