Description
Directorate of Electronic Media & Publications (DEMP), Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Government of Pakistan, intends to establish a Central Monitoring Unit (CMU) for continuous IPTV streaming and monitoring of 125 national and international television channels under a PSDP project. The CMU shall ingest licensed IPTV feeds and make them available as secure, documented APIs for onward integration with AI enabled media monitoring and analytics systems of the Ministry and attached organizations.
DEMP invites sealed proposals for pre qualification from reputable firms/consortia having adequate technical, financial and managerial capability to design, supply, install, integrate, commission and support the required IPTV streaming and API based delivery solution.
