Invitation for Prequalification For Prequalification of Event Management Companies Through Open Framework Contract 1. SMEDA intends to prequalify Event Management Companies for Invitation to Bid(s) and sign the framework agreement(s) with the selected bidder(s) subsequent to bidding process in case of Open Framework Agreement(s). 2. The objective of the intended Open framework agreement(s) is the on-demand arrangement of official events/Expos at given locations through subsequent Contract(s) with successful bidders, and the purpose of this Prequalification Notice is to provide the very basic information to enable the potential applicants to decide whether or not to respond to this Prequalification Notice. 3. Now SMEDA, in Administration & Central Support Division, invites proposals through e- Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) https://eprocure.gov.pk on “Single-Stage, One-Envelope” method from reputed Companies / Firms for Open Framework Agreement (for three years) registered with income tax and sales tax department. 4. Bidding / prequalification documents containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available for the registered Companies on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk and SMEDA website www.smeda.org. 5. Complete Tendering process shall be carried out through E-PADS. Interested firms/bidders are requested to register on the EPADS. For registration and guidance/training on EPADS, you may contact EPADS UAN: 051-111-137-237. 6. The electronic proposals, prepared in accordance with the instructions given in the Prequalification document, must be uploaded on EPADS on or before May 12, 2026 by 12:30 PM and will be opened on the same day at 01:00 PM. SMEDA reserves the right to reject all proposals in terms of Rule 33 of PPRA rules. 7. Notification of the GRC constituted in terms of Rule 48 of PPR 2004 is provided on SMEDA website www.smeda.org and on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk.
