Description
1. Regional Head Office NADRA Quetta, invites bidders thourgh Electroic Bids (EPADS) from the Suppliers/Contractors/Firms, registered with Income Tax / Sales Tax etc and must be on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue for Procurement of DEO Chairs. 2. Tender Documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, qualification and evaluation criteria etc are available for the registered bidders on EPADS at https://eprocure.gov.pk 3. The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions provided in the tender documents, the electronic bids must be submitted using EPADS on or before 5th May, 2026 at 11:00 AM Electronic bids will be opened on 5th May, 2026 at 11:30 AM through EPADS. The bids will be opened on EPADS under Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure, thereafter in public and in the presence of bidder’s representatives who choose to attend in the opening at NADRA Regional Head Office (Conference Hall-2, Ground Floor) Zarghoon Road Quetta. This advertisement and Bidding documents are also available on PPRA website and EPADS at www.ppra.org.pk and https://eprocure.gov.pk 4. Details terms and conditions, specifications of items, evaluation criteria are mentioned in bidding documents. Bids must include the following documents in addition to any other information that the bidder may find necessary. a. Bidding documents received after submission (through EPADS) of due date/time mentioned above will not be entertained. b. Quoted price shall be inclusive of all taxes. c. Bids must be accompanied by bid security amounting to Rs. 150,000/- in shape of Call Deposit (CDR) or Bank Guarantee. The hard copy of the bid security (in original) must be submitted at Admin Section, Regional Head Office NADRA, Zarghoon Road Quetta on or before 5th May, 2026 at 11:00 am otherwise electronic bid will not be accepted. d. NADRA reserves the rights to reject all bids/proposals under PPRA Rules 33 and can cancel the bidding process before acceptance of bid proposal. e. This advertisement and bidding documents are also available on PPRA website at www.ppra.org.pk. Note: Procuring agency will not be responsible for any technical issue occurred at EPADS related to the bidder’s module. Bidder will be sole responsible for timely submission Corrigendum will also be published in the newspapers and the opening date is 11 May 2026 Original bid security in shape of CDR or Bank Gurantee must be submitted in original at Regioanl Head Office NADRA Zarghoon Road Quetta before 11:00 AM on 11 May 2026
