Description
1. This Invitation to Bids follows the Procurement Advertisement (PA) No. 152/KTDMC/2025-26 for the subject Procurement which appeared in Newspaper dated 12th April, 2026. 2. The Procuring Agency has reserved the funds for the procurement planned during the financial year 2025-26. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for the Supply, Commissioning and Installation of Air Dryer, Blade Welding and Sand Blasting Machine. 3. The Procuring agency Karachi Tools, Dies and Moulds Centre (hereinafter called “KTDMC”) invites electronic Bids (e-Bids) from eligible bidders/applicants (Service-providers/Contractors), registered in EPADS with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and who are on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue for provision of Supply, Commissioning and Installation of Air Dryer, Blade Welding and Sand Blasting Machine. 4. The bidding shall be conducted in line with the Single Stage – One Envelop bidding procedure of the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and any Regulations, Regulatory Guides, Procurement Guidelines or Instructions issued by the Authority (from time to time), and is open to all potential bidders. 5. All bids must be accompanied by a 05% Bid Security in Pak Rupees in the shape of bank draft/pay order in the name of “Karachi Tools, Dies & Moulds Centre. 6. Electronic bids prepared in accordance with the instruction provided in tender documents must be submitted by using EPADS on or before 29th April, 2026 at 10:30 am. The bids will be opened promptly at 11:00am by using EPADS, thereafter in public and in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the address given below.
