Description
The Procuring Agency invites applications from eligible and experienced vehicle workshops for prequalification for repair and maintenance of official vehicles.
The scope includes routine servicing, mechanical repairs, electrical works, denting and painting, and emergency breakdown support for a mixed fleet of vehicles of various makes and engine capacities.
This prequalification shall result in the establishment of a panel of qualified workshops for a period of two (02) years. Call-off work orders shall be issued as per requirement.
No financial proposal is required at this stage. Financial quotations shall be obtained from prequalified vendors at the time of issuance of specific work orders.

Prequalification of experienced and qualified vehicle repair workshops for routine maintenance, mechanical, electrical, denting, painting, and emergency repair services of departmental fleet on as-and-when-required basis through call-off work orders
Remarks
This is a prequalification process only. No contract or financial commitment shall be made at this stage. Work orders will be issued to prequalified firms based on requirement and competitive quotations.
