Description
Supply of ballistic helmets, plate carrier vests, armour plates, and anti-riot shields as per specifications. Bidders must meet all eligibility and technical requirements. Contract awarded to lowest evaluated responsive bidder after qualifying technical phase. Prices inclusive of taxes.
Note
Procurement of protective clothing and tactical gear through Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules. Separate technical and financial proposals required. Financial bids of technically non-responsive bidders will not be opened.
Remarks
Technical and financial proposals must be submitted separately in accordance with Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure. Technical proposal shall contain all required documents. Financial proposal shall include complete price schedule. Any deviation may lead to disqualification. Only technically responsive bids will be considered for financial opening. Evaluation will be on lowest evaluated responsive basis as per PPRA Rules.
