Description
This tender pertains to the hiring of services for the turnkey establishment, integration, deployment, commissioning, and operations of a Digital Telemedicine Ecosystem (Pilot Phase) under IDSRS, NIH, in Islamabad and Karachi. The scope includes development and deployment of telemedicine platforms (web/mobile), telemedicine kiosks, call center operations, integration with healthcare systems, pharmacy and diagnostic linkages, infrastructure setup, and ongoing operations & maintenance on a scalable architecture.

The Integrated Disease Surveillance and Response System (IDSRS), National Institute of Health (NIH), Islamabad invites bids from eligible firms for the turnkey establishment, integration, deployment, and operations of a Digital Telemedicine Ecosystem (Pilot Phase) through Two-Stage Bidding Procedure under PPRA Rule 36(c); bids shall be submitted electronically via EPADS in accordance with the bidding documents, and the Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals as per PPRA Rule 33
