Description
1. Commandant Armed Forces Institute of Pathology Rawalpindi invites quotations from suppliers who are pre-qualified/ registered with AFIP Rawalpindi for supply of the items. The list of items required along with terms and conditions of supply can be obtained from administration Officer of Armed Forces Institute of Pathology Rawalpindi on any working day during working hours on submitting a pay order/ bank draft (non refundable) of Rupees 3000/- (Rupees three thousand only), in the name of Commandant Armed Forces Institute of Pathology Rawalpindi from 06 Apr to 17 Apr 2026.
2. Completed quotations are required to be submitted to “Comdt AFIP” in a sealed single envelope containing two envelops with tech specification & financial proposal separately, both clearly indicating the name of supplier, date of submission and word “Quotation”. Quotation must be put in the tender box placed at Q-Office of Armed Forces Institute of Pathology not later than 1000 hrs on 23 Apr 2026.
3. Quotations will be opened on 30 Apr 2026 at 1000 hrs in the conference room of AFIP in the presence of authorized representatives of suppliers.
