Pre-qualification of PEC-registered firms/vendors for turnkey upgradation and renovation of laboratory facilities at Gilgit-Baltistan (Chillas, Skardu & Gilgit) under IDSRS, on an as-and-when-required basis during FY 2025–26 (extendable), to be executed through framework agreements and call-off contracts in accordance with Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2004.
Note
This procurement is initiated for pre-qualification of firms under Rules 15 & 16(a) of the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2004, to establish a framework of technically and financially capable firms for laboratory upgradation works in Gilgit-Baltistan. Financial bids shall be invited at the call-off stage through mini-competition among pre-qualified firms, ensuring transparency, competition, and timely execution of works.
