Description
Hiring of an Individual Engineering Consultant for assessment, design, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, tender documentation, construction supervision, and contract administration for repair, renovation, and upgradation works at Collectorate of Customs (Enforcement), Gadani. The scope includes site inspection, preparation of design drawings and technical specifications, cost estimates, BOQs, tender documents, assistance in procurement process, construction supervision, measurement verification, bill certification, and final completion reporting. The assignment duration is 06 months, extendable up to 03 months based on performance. Procurement will be carried out through Single Stage Two Envelope method under Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) with 70% weightage to technical proposal and 30% to financial proposal, in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004 and EPADS procedures.
