The Interested bidders must submit a Call Deposit / Pay Order, Bank draft of Rs. 5000/- for each motorcycle and Rs. 30000/- for each vehicle to participate in the bid as an earnest money (refundable) in favor of "National Commission for Human Development" 3- The bidders shall bring original CNIC along with at the time of auction. 4- The successful bidder shall have to deposit the remaining amount of the bid within Seven (07) days. Otherwise, earnest money shall be forfeited. 5- GST and advance income tax as per FBR rules shall be payable by the successful bidder in addition to the bid amount. 6- The successful bidder shall get the vehicle re-registered on his/her name from the concerned ETO office immediately and payment of outstanding token tax (if any) shall be responsibility of the successful bidder. 7- In case of any bidding date is declared as Public Holiday by the Government, the next working day shall be deemed to be the date for bidding at the same time/place. 8- The Auction Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the bids in accordance with prevailing rules.
