Description
The procuring agency intends to hire the services of a qualified firm for the supply of recommended grade lube oil, replacement of oil, fuel, and air filters, and complete servicing of a 375 KVA diesel generator. The scope of work includes inspection, cleaning, tuning, and performance testing of the generator to ensure efficient and reliable operation in accordance with OEM standards. The contractor shall provide all required materials, tools, and technical expertise to carry out the job satisfactorily.
Note
The 375 KVA Diesel Generator installed at the facility requires routine preventive maintenance to ensure its reliable and efficient operation. In this regard, procurement of lube oil, replacement of filters, and complete servicing of the generator are essential. The scope of work includes the supply of recommended grade lube oil, replacement of all relevant filters (including oil, fuel, and air filters), and comprehensive servicing of the generator as per OEM standards. The servicing shall cover inspection, cleaning, calibration, and performance testing to ensure optimal functioning.
