Description
Survey of Pakistan (SoP), invites e-bids under the Project titled “ESTABLISHMENT OF NEW GENERATION NATIONAL GEODETIC DATUM OF PAKISTAN (Datum Project)” under Single Stage- One Envelop procedure for supply of services/items in following Lots from the manufacturers/ suppliers / contractors etc., who are active taxpayers with valid GST & NTN. i. Lot 1 – Services for Misc Activities ii. Lot 2 – Construction Material iii. Lot-3 – Store/Miscellaneous Items iv. Lot-4 – Lubricant Oil & Filters v. Lot-5 – Stationary Items 2). The Lot-1 & Lot-2 is required to be supplied in parts at different locations across the country as demanded by SoP, whereas Lot 3, 4 & 5 are required to be supplied at SoP Headquarter Rawalpindi. 3). Bidding documents, containing detailed terms and conditions & quantities of items can be downloaded by the interested bidders from PPRA’s website & SoP’s website, www.sop.gov.pk. 4). The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding document, must be uploaded on PPRA EPADS 2.0, and Earnest Money (Call at Deposit) against each Lot must reach Survey of Pakistan, No. 6 Unit, Faizabad, Murree Road, Rawalpindi duly addressed to the “Chairman Purchase Committee, Datum Project, on or before 26-03-2026 at 11:00 hrs. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 hrs.
