IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR BIDDERS
It is hereby informed to all concerned that the Bid Submission Closing Date and Time shall remain 16 March 2026 at 10:00 AM, as originally scheduled. The Bid Opening shall take place on the same day at 10:30 AM.
Due to certain technical glitches in the new version of the EPADS system and the issuance of new login IDs, the system may temporarily reflect a different or extended date. However, these changes are system-generated and do not affect the officially announced bid submission and opening schedule.
Therefore, all bidders are advised to consider 16 March 2026 (10:00 AM for bid submission closing and 10:30 AM for bid opening) as the final and official schedule, and any automatically reflected revised date on the system should not be considered valid.
All bidders are requested to ensure their timely submission and participation accordingly.
