Description
Following is required in respect of Naval Maintenance Group (Gwadar): a) ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) Certification. b) Conduct of ISO QMS Certification related courses including (but not limited to): • ISO 9001:2015 QMS Awareness Course • ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditing Course • ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Course c) Any other associated work with respect to completion of ISO 9001:2015 certification in respect of Naval Maintenance Group (Gwadar).
Remarks
a. Offer must be inclusive of all taxes. b. Estimated Date/ Duration of Completion (EDC) of ISO 9001: 2015 certification process be clearly mentioned in the document. c. Duration/ time period of complete certification process alongwith breakdown of activities be clearly mentioned in the document. d. Details/ past experience of the firms with respect to successful and timely completion of projects in Pakistan Navy/ sister services be mentioned. e. Details of projects (similar to instant project) completed by participating firms in local industry be mentioned. f. Offer will be accepted subject to length of experience (details of general and specified), competitive cost and minimum completion time of job. g. Submission of copy of NTN and GST certificates. h. ISO 9001:2015 certification. j. The validity of offer must not be less than 06 Month. k. One Year warranty/ guarantee after completion of satisfactory job. l. Payment will be done after final acceptance trial. m. The statement is added as “the procuring agency has the right to accept or reject”.
