Description
The Associated Press of Pakistan Corporation (APPC), Islamabad intends to pre-qualify and hire the services of authorized service providers for provision of appropriate eligible and professional services on need basis for a period of one year w.e.f. 01.03.2026 to 01.03.2027. 2. Eligibility: Interested firms having established offices in all major cities, including Islamabad, and duly registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) (appearing on the Active Taxpayers list for both income Tax and Sales Tax) and on PPRA’s E-PADS, are invited to submit their proposals. 3.Submission of Proposals: The tender documents can be downloaded from www.app.com.pk or accessed through the E-PADS portal Interested bidders shall submit their proposals through E-PADS only, duly signed and stamped along with the security deposit of Rs.100,000/- (Rupees one hundred thousand only) in the shape of Pay Order in favor of the ASSOCIATED PRESS OF PAKISTAN, Islamabad must be uploaded. No hard copy submission will be accepted. Deadline for Submission: March 16, 2026 by 12:00 PM 4. Terms and Condition: • Firms must be registered with NTN & GST, be on the ATL and possess as AGPR vender number. • Blacklisted firms/ bidders are not eligible to apply. • Incomplete, partial or conditional proposals shall not be entertained • Bids received after the due date and time shall not be considered. • Payments will be made by the APPC of verified invoices for onward processing to AGPR for pre-audit cheque / online payment via IBAN. • All applicable government taxes shall be deducted from the service provider’s payments as per prevailing rules. • The APPC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or to annul the pre-qualification process at any stage as per PPRA Rules, without assigning any reason. • The quoted rates shall remain valid until March 01, 2027 • The Notice is also available on www.ppra.gov.pk and www.app.com.pk (Malik Khizar Zaman) Manager (Administration) Associated Press of Pakistan Corporation (APPC), 18-Mauve Area, G-7/1, Zero Point, Islamabad.
