Description
Ignite is incorporated with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017 (previously Companies Ordinance, 1984), by the Ministry of IT & Telecom, Government of Pakistan. Ignite funds incubation centers and innovative projects which utilize fourth industrial wave technologies to solve local problems and to target opportunities in health, energy, agriculture, telecom, finance, and other verticals.
Ignite invites proposals from qualified licensed/registered well reputed entities for “Pre-Qualification of Firm(s) to Establish and Manage Pakistan Venture Fund (PVF)” as per details mentioned in the EOI document that can be downloaded from https://eprocure.gov.pk, https://ignite.org.pk/procurement and www.ppra.org.pk
Interested entities should be on Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and ST registered, with professional management team and prior relevant experience as mentioned in the EOI document.
Proposals must be available in EPADS 2.0 as per the published EOI by 1500 hours on April 06, 2026. Proposals will be opened on EPADS on the same day at 1530 hours.
