TENDER NO. NADRA-HQ-RFB-31/2026
1. National database and Registration Authority (NADRA), Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan invites sealed electronic bids from eligible bidders as mentioned in bidding documents and registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Authorities and who are on Active Tax Payers List (ATL) of the FBR for Supply and Installation of Escalator Belts Installed at NADRA Headquarter, Islamabad.
2. The bidding shall have conducted in line with the Single Stage Two Envelop procedure. E-bidding documents as per regulation, containing details terms and conditions, specifications and requirements etc. are available for the registered bidders on EPADS at https://eprocure.gov.pk.
3. Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on 2nd March 2026 (11:00 a.m) at NADRA HQ G-5/2 Islamabad.
4. The electronic bids must be submitted by using EPADS on or before 16th March 2026 at 11:00am. Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be open on the same day i.e. 16th March 2026 at 11:30am. The hard copy of the Bid Security (in Original) must be submitted on or before 16th March 2026 at 11:00 am, otherwise electronic bid will not be accepted.
5. NADRA reserves the right to reject all the bids as per Rule 33 of PPRA 2004.
