Walton Cantonment Board being procuring entity invites bids through E-PADS Portal of PPRA (www.eprocure gov pk) on the basis of MES Schedule of Rates, 2021 (amended upto date) on percentage above/below or at par basis for schedule items and market item rate basis for non-schedule items as per “Single Stage One Envelope Procedure” under Rule 36(a) of PPRA Rules 2004 (as amended upto date), from the contractors/firms having valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Relevant Category for the year 2025-26 and are on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue for the following Original Works:-
