Rs. 12,000/- Rs.4,32,000/- Note:-  Tenders shall be downloaded / uploaded / submitted online through EPADS (PPRA)  The tender procedure will be adopted “Single Stage One Envelope Method” Bidder are advised to submit the 2% earnest money of total quoted value individually of all above mentioned tenders in shape of pay order in favour of Pakistan Steel Mills shall be sent either through TCS to Incharge (ECD) Head Office Barrack No. 2, Pakistan Steel, Bin Qasim, Karachi before tender opening date & time or submit online evidence of the same alongwith bid through EPADS.  Tender evaluation will be made w.r.t. capability / technical criteria i.e. profile of the firm / person, financial statements of minimum 03 years along with NTN certificate, experience in similar project / works etc. and the financial criteria will be the highest bid w.r.t reserve price and no bid will be acceptable below reserve price.  In case of closure of the office due to any reason, tender will be opened on the next working day at the same time & venue (Office of ASE-I/C (Comm. Dte.)
