Bidding documents, containing detailed terms and conditions can be downloaded through EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk) and from the PPRA website at www.ppra.org.pk, free of cost. 3.The bids should be prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents and must be submitted through EPADS duly completed in all respect on or before 05 Mar, 2026 Thursday at 10:00 am. Manual bids will not be accepted. The hard copy of the Bid Security (in original) must be submitted on or before 05 Mar, 2026 at 10:00 am, otherwise electronic bid will not be accepted. Technical bids / proposal will be opened on 05 Mar, 2026 at 10:30 hours in presence of available bidders. If bid opening date is on gazetted holiday, then bids will be opened on next working day.
