PAEC Foundation invites sealed bids from reputable Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) and firms registered with Govt. of Pakistan and FBR (NTN/STRN) for lease of a 2-kanal plot located in PAEC Foundation Housing Project, Lahore for the establishment of a Petrol Pump on a Build & Operate basis for an initial period of 15 years, in accordance with LDA by-laws and OGRA regulations.
Detailed Terms & Conditions may be downloaded free of cost from www.paecf.org.pk and www.ppra.gov.pk. Sealed Technical & Financial Proposals must reach PAEC Foundation Housing Project, Opp. Bahria Town Sector-D, Block-DD, Canal Bank Road, Lahore, on or before 02-03-2026 at 11:00 AM.
PAEC Foundation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. Further particulars and information, if desired, may be obtained from the office of the undersigned on any working day
