Description
1. Applications for pre-qualification of contractors/ firms are invited by the PN MARINE FIELD ENGINEERING COMPANY (MFEC), SUJAWAL separately, for the following work so as to reach the Accepting Officer OI/C MFEC from 17 Feb to 04 Mar 26. Tender documents will only be issued to the pre-qualified contractors / firms.
2. Tenders after quoting rates/ bid amount by the concerned contractors should reach to the Accepting Officer (OIC MFEC) on 05 March 2026 at 1130 Hrs and shall be opened at 1200 Hrs on the same date at HQ 301 Creeks Bde at District Sujawal. Security wise cleared Firms/ contractors registered with Govt Organizations only apply (preferably registered with MES/ MoD). The contractors will also furnish their ‘Valid Registration Certificate of Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), Bank Statement, General Sales Tax (GST) Registration, NTN certificate etc.
3. Accepting Officer (OI/C MFEC) reserves the right to reject any or all the application/ bids or proposals in accordance with the existing PPRA Rules. Accepting Officer shall upon request communicate to any contractor who submitted a bid or proposal, the grounds for its rejection of all bids or proposals, but it is not required to justify those grounds. However, incomplete applications with missing data shall not be entertained.
