Tender No. PACB/786-A/25220028/0515/P-4(PROCUREMENT OF „D‟ LEVEL SPARES). 1. Quotation must be submitted on CIP Islamabad basis only. 2. Payment will be made as per PAC Kamra procedure. 3. Bidding Document for the details of items can be downloaded from websites www.pac.org.pk & www.ppra.org.pk and can also be obtained from Directorate of Central Procurement PAC Kamra (Telephone No. 051-9099-2576). 4. Date & time of tender submission is before 1030 Hrs on 17-03-2026. 5. Your quotation must be deposited as follows: -(a) TECHNICAL OFFER: It shall contain all relevant specifications along with essential literature / brochure. Biding Document duly signed and stamped on each page with properly filled annexures is required to be submitted with the technical quotation. A duplicate copy of complete Technical Offer is to be sent along with the original copy clearly marked "Technical Offer without Prices, Tender Number and Date of Opening" on the face of envelope. (b) COMMERCIAL OFFER: It shall indicate prices quoted in figures as well as in words. "Commercial Offer with Prices, tender number and date of opening" should be clearly marked on the face of envelope. (c) BID SECURITY: Tender number should be clearly marked on the back side of the Bid Security along with firm's stamp & signature. It shall be sealed in an envelope separate from technical & financial bids. (d) DELIVERY OF TENDER: All three envelopes of Technical Offer, Commercial Offer and Bid Security should be enclosed in one cover, properly sealed, bearing the address of Directorate of Central Procurement (DCP), PAC, Kamra with tender number and opening date.6.Both Technical and Commercial offers will be opened on the due date and time on single stage two envelope basis. Note: Past performance of the firms may be considered.
