CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY P&CA-II Directorate Block-III, G-7/4, Islamabad INVITATION FOR BIDS i) The Capital Development Authority invites electronic bids on single stage two envelop basis from well reputed IT-related original Manufacturers/Authorized Distributors/Suppliers, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax who can prove their eligibility and qualification as mentioned in the Bidding Documents for the following work. Only firms/ contractors registered with PPRA on E-PADS as vendors are eligible to participate in bidding. iii) Tender should be accompanied with Bid Security (refundable) in the form of Pay order in favor of DDO-P&C, CDA. The prospective bidders shall upload scanned copy of Bid Security on E-PADS and original will be submitted before closing time to the office of Director P&CA-II, CDA located at Block 3, Sector G-7, Islamabad. iv) The Pre-Bid meeting will be held 12-02-2026 at 11:00 AM in the office of Director IT, CDA located at Block III, Sector G-7, Islamabad. v) The prospective bidders are required to submit their Bids online through E-PADS at http://eprocure.gov.pk before closing date and time i.e. 24-02-2026 at 11:00 AM. vi) The technical Bids will be opened publicly on the 24-02-2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of the procurement committee & Bidders’ authorized representatives who choose to attend the opening session to be held at above mentioned address in the office of Director P&CA-II, CDA located at Block 3, Sector G-7, Islamabad. vii) The Firm providing unsubstantiated and / or incorrect information is liable to legal action and disqualification from the bidding. viii) The Authority reserves the right to reject all the bids as per PPRA Rules 2004. ix) Notification of GRC constituted in terms of Rule-48 of Public Procurement Rules 2004 is provided on EPADS at (www.eprocure.gov.pk) and (www.ppra.org.pk).
