PAEC Foundation (PAECF) invites sealed bids in accordance with PPRA Rule No. 36(a)under the "Single Stage One Envelope" procedure for the work Construction of Administrative Setup at DG Khan To participate in the tendering process bidder must submit an application on a printed pad along with Copy of a valid PEC license in Category C-6 or above, a copy of a valid NTN certificate, and must be listed on Active Taxpayer List (ATL), copy of valid CNIC, Affidavit or Proprietorship, no blacklisting & litigation on Stamp Paper of Minimum Rs. 200/- Detailed terms and conditions can be Hrs.) A set of Bidding Documents containing documents purchased by bidders from the office of the undersigned during office working hours (0900 Hrs to 1630 against payment of Rs. 3,500/- as tender fee payable in the shape of cash. However, issuance of tender documents shall be closed one day before the opening date. Bid Security @2% of the quoted amount (refundable) must be submitted in a separate envelope in the form of Pay Order/Bank Draft/CDR or Bank Guarantee from any scheduled bank in favor of "PAEC Foundation". However, if any bidder opts to submit a Bank Guarantee, it must have an expiry date of at least 06 months from the date of opening. The original bidding documents, along with bid security in a sealed envelope, pre-signed and stamped, must reach the Office of General Manager (Foundation) on above mentioned address before the due date and time. The bidder(s) / Firm(s) not submitting the aforementioned documents shall be treated as non-responsive. Responsive bids will be opened in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee & bidders' authorized representative who opt to participate, in the office of the undersigned onthe due date and time. Further, the committee reserves the right to demand the analysis of quoted rates to check reasonability and workability. their PAEC Foundation reserves the right to reject any or all the bids/proposals at any time before The acceptance of a bid or proposal based on valid reasons as per the PPRA Rules. 8.
