Description

Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) is inviting bids through the E-PADS for the project titled "Provision of Clean Water from Private Water Hydrants Through Water Tankers / Bouzers for Filling Under Ground Water Tanks at Sector G-13/G-14, Islamabad [PHASE-I]". Bidding shall be conducted under the Single Stage One Envelope (SSOE) bidding procedure from firms/companies/contractors who are registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and are active on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Detailed eligibility criteria, terms and conditions are provided in the bidding documents. Interested bidders are required to strictly follow the instructions given below: 1. Download the bidding documents free of cost from the www.fgeha.gov.pk, www.ppra.gov.pk, and EPADS https://eprocure.gov.pk. 2. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 13th February, 2026 at 11:00 am at office of the Dy. Director Water Supply/Maintenance, Bazar No.8, Street No.137, Sector G-13/4, Islamabad. 3. Proposals, prepared in accordance with the instructions provided in the bidding documents, must be submitted electronically through E-PADS by¬¬ 24th February, 2026 before 10:00 am. Bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 am at office of the Dy. Director Water Supply/Maintenance, Bazar No.8, Street No.137, Sector G-13/4, Islamabad, in presence of bidders. 4. Bids must be submitted on the form provided in Section 30 of the bidding document, duly completed in all respects. Bidders are advised to carefully read Sections 13 and 26 of the bidding document and upload all required scanned documents on E-PADS to avoid rejection or disqualification. 5. The bidder shall upload a scanned copy of the bid security/earnest money amounting to Rs.4 (Four) million, in the form of Demand Draft / Pay Order / CDR / Banker’s Cheque in favour of FGEHA, on E-PADS and shall also submit (in original) in the office of Dy. Director (Water Supply/Maintenance) Bazar No.8, Street No.137, Sector G-13/4, Islamabad, 051-9334306 before closing time for submission of e-bid along with other prescribed documents mentioned in the bidding documents. 6. FGEHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. The decision of FGEHA shall be final and binding on all bidders under rule 33 of PPRA.
