Firms/JVs/Consortium possessing highly proficient and design capability & construction team with PEC registration (with relevant codes/relevant categories as mentioned in the RFP) and state of the art technology to Plan, Design, Implement & Execute STPs are invited. 12- Details qualification and Technical Criteria is available in TOR/RFP documents. 13- Interested Firms/JVs/Consortium can download the RFP documents from E-PADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk and www.ppra.org.pk from 30th January 2026. Pre-Bid meeting will be held on 16th February, 2026 at 1500hrs PST. 14- The proposal shall be based on Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA-2004.
