Description
Virtual University of Pakistan intends to pre-qualify reputed and well-established Travel Agent(s)/Firm(s), having valid IATA membership, duly licenses by DTS and registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) as an Active Taxpayer, for provision of travel-related services in accordance with PPRA Rules 2026 Clause 30 relating to Procurement through Framework Agreement. The pre-qualified Travel Agent(s)/Firm(s) will be required to provide Umrah Package, Air ticketing services, visa assistance, and travel insurance (where required) for University staff and official guests. Reputed, experienced, and well-established Travel Agent(s)/Firm(s) meeting the prescribed eligibility and qualification criteria are hereby invited to submit their Pre-Qualification Proposals along with the duly completed Pre-Qualification Proposal Performa and supporting documents.
