Delivery Schedule is the integral part of the bidding documents and the bidder has not filled the Delivery Schedule Form, Form of qualification information and Form of Bid are also not filled by the bidder. Furthermore, the rates offered by the bidder are on much higher side as compare to recent approved rates of DISCOs. Therefore, in the opinion of bid evaluation committee, the bidder is technical non-responsive and hereby declared disqualified for further evaluation. The Evaluation Committee recommends rejection of the bid on above grounds under Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
