CONTRACT FOR REPAIR AND UPGRADATION OF 10 KVA OF 10 KVA HYBRID SOLAR SYSTEM AT CHITRAL Reference is invited to your bid submitted through EPADS 2.0 against the tender for Repair and Upgradation of 10 KVA Hybrid Solar System at Chitral. 2. The procurement process, including technical and financial evaluation of bids, was carried out through EPADS 2.0 in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules, 2004 and the provisions of the bidding documents. After completion of the evaluation process, your firm, M/S MK Constructions, was determined to be the Lowest Evaluated Substantially Responsive Bidder and was found fully compliant with the technical, financial, and contractual requirements of the procurement. 3. The Bid Evaluation Report was duly uploaded on EPADS 2.0 and the prescribed period under PPRA Rules has been observed. Accordingly, with the approval of the Competent Authority, the contract for Repair and Upgradation of 10 KVA Hybrid Solar System at Chitral is hereby awarded to M/S MK Constructions at a total contract price of Rs. 2,366,956/- (Rupees Two Million Three Hundred Sixty-Six Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty-Six Only). 4. This contract award is subject to the terms and conditions of the bidding documents, your submitted bid, and the technical specifications, scope of work, and Bill of Quantities attached with the tender documents, which shall form an integral part of the Contract Agreement. 5. The work shall be completed within the stipulated completion period and in accordance with the approved specifications, quality standards, and contractual obligations. (Attached at Annex-A) 6. You are requested to submit the following within seven (07) days of receipt of this letter: i. Performance Security equivalent to 05 % of the contract value in accordance with the bidding documents. ii. Work completion certificate iii. Bill & invoice for processing the case for payment
