Award of Contract for Hiring of Vehicles Subject: Award of Contract for Hiring of Vehicles (01 July 2026 to 30 June 2027) It is hereby notified that the contract for hiring of vehicles for SNGPL Kohat Transmission is awarded to WAK-929 96000 PER MONTH vehicle owners/bidders for the period from 01 July 2026 to 30 June 2027, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned in the tender documents and the affidavit submitted by each bidder. The following conditions shall also apply: All terms and conditions stated in the affidavit shall remain binding throughout the contract period. SNGPL reserves the right to terminate the contract, wholly or partially, at any time, depending upon resource approval, operational requirements, or administrative reasons, without any prior liability. In case of any misconduct, including but not limited to misuse of the fleet card, submission of false information, or any activity causing financial loss or reputational damage to SNGPL, the company shall have the right to: Recover the financial loss from the contractor/vehicle owner. De-hire or terminate the vehicle from the contract with immediate effect. Take any other action as deemed appropriate under the contract and applicable rules. The contractor is required to ensure strict compliance with all contractual terms and SNGPL policies throughout the contract period. Failure to comply may result in termination of the contract and other necessary action by the company.
