Description:
This Contract Agreement is made between the Pakistan Meteorological Department, Regional Meteorological Centre, Peshawar (RMC), hereinafter referred to as the “Procuring Agency”, and M/s KIM Consultancy Services, Islamabad (PEC: Consult/2651), hereinafter referred to as the “Consultant”. Whereas the Procuring Agency invited bids through the prescribed procurement procedure for “Feasibility Study, Hazard Assessment and Safety Evaluation for Proposed PMD Office & Residential Buildings at Naran”, and after evaluation of the bids, M/s KIM Consultancy Services, Islamabad has been determined as the most advantageous and responsive bidder. Accordingly, the Procuring Agency hereby awards the contract to the Consultant for a total contract price of Rs. 2,249,005 /- (Rupees two Million, two hundred forty nine thousand and five only), inclusive of all applicable taxes, subject to the terms and conditions of the tender documents.
